Wyatt Love graduated near the top of his class in the Fall of 2017 from South Texas College of Law – Houston. He passed the February 2018 Texas Bar Exam, and was licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas in May of 2018.
As a student, Wyatt was a clerk in the Randell O'Sorrels Probate and Guardianship Clinics providing free legal aid to low income individuals during Hurricane Harvey. He has hands on experience with probate and guardianship proceedings in the Statutory Probate Courts of Harris County, The County Courts at Law in Fort Bend County, and The County Courts at Law in Nueces County. At South Texas College of Law – Houston, Wyatt received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards® given to the highest scoring student in each class in Administration of Estates and Guardianship Law, Real Estate Transactional Skills, and Land Use.
Before law school, Wyatt received his B.A. in Political Science from Texas State University with a minor in Business Administration. During law school, Wyatt clerked at Love & Associates, P.C. assisting in probate administration and other business law issues, as well as worked as In-House/General Counsel for an Oil and Gas company called Copper State Rubber, Inc. / Specialties Co, which specializes in manufacturing high pressure quality hose products for the oil industry. Wyatt is now a full time Associate Attorney and General, In-House Counsel for both Love & Associates, P.C. and Copper State Rubber, Inc. / Specialties Co.
